How to judge the quality of acrylic display racks by visual observation?

The quality of the acrylic sheet determines the quality of the acrylic display stand. If you unfortunately use inferior sheets, the product will turn yellow, brittle, or even deformed. So, is there an easy way to tell if a manufacturer uses inferior materials?

1. Good acrylic materials will be packaged with better soft rubber edges, and the color is pure and free of impurities;

2. You can also try to use fire to test the quality of the product. This is a very practical method. Judging from whether there is flammable black smoke and the taste is too irritating, inferior acrylic materials are difficult to be separated by baking, and high-quality acrylic materials will not have this problem;

3. Under this excellent lighting environment, the transparency of high-quality acrylic products can achieve that no impurities can be seen with the naked eye, and there are not too many burrs on the cutting edge, while inferior acrylic display racks will have yellowing and burrs;

4. Use the card size to measure, and then control the production label to see if it is thick enough. Generally, inferior plates will cut corners, while regular acrylic manufacturers can control tolerances well.
